WHAT DOES KIHON MEANS?

In Japanese Kihon means "basics".

The structure of the technical progression of Shintô Musô Ryû Jôdô was built on these Kihon.

They are nothing more than fragments of Kata, and they are easily assimilated.

At a large stage these basic movements will be woven together, in a different order and in a combat situation, to form a major part of the techniques of the 64 Kata of Shintô Musô Ryû Jôdô.
